• Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may incur a service fee.
• We may refuse or reschedule service due to unsafe conditions, weather, or access issues.

7) Payments

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may require a deposit for special-order parts.

9) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.
