Warranty on Parts & Labor

Our Commitment

At That Mobile Guy Adam, we stand behind our work and want you to feel confident about every repair. While not all parts carry a manufacturer’s warranty, we provide a 30-day limited warranty on parts and labor when parts are purchased and installed by us.

Where We Source Parts

We use trusted, local auto parts suppliers and, when necessary, online vendors:

• Local: AutoZone, NAPA, O’Reilly Auto Parts
• Online: RockAuto, Amazon, eBay (as available and required)

Coverage Details

• Parts Supplied by Us: Covered under a 30-day limited warranty on both the part and the labor.
• Parts Supplied by Customer: No warranty provided on parts or labor.
• Manufacturer Warranties: If a part comes with a longer manufacturer’s warranty (e.g., AutoZone Lifetime Warranty), we will honor the claim process, but labor costs for re-installation may not be covered.
• Online-Sourced Parts: Warranty depends on the vendor (Amazon, RockAuto, eBay, etc.). Some parts may have no warranty at all.

Labor Warranty

We warranty our workmanship for 30 days on the original repair performed. If an issue arises related to the specific repair done, we will return and correct it at no additional labor charge. New or unrelated issues are not covered.

Exclusions

• Wear-and-tear items (brake pads, filters, fluids, belts, etc.) outside the 30-day coverage.
• Damage caused by accidents, neglect, or misuse.
• Failures caused by other components not serviced during the original repair.
• Customer-supplied parts or parts purchased outside our sourcing channels.

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your repair is covered under warranty:

• Text us at 304-982-1002 within the 30-day period.
• Provide details of the issue and original invoice.
• We will inspect the part and workmanship. If covered, we’ll repair or replace at no labor charge. If not covered, we will explain the reason clearly before proceeding.
